Vickey has been extremely busy this year, not to mention the third quarter. She just closed the sale of one of her pocket listings, Uncle Charlie’s Meats, located in Richmond, KY. Vickey sold the property, as well as the business. She represented both the seller and buyer in this multi-million dollar transaction.

She also closed her Main Street listing in Nicholasville and another small pocket listing in Richmond, with many lease deals to close this quarter.

Vickey has a couple more pocket listings available, so if you have a client looking, send her their property requirements. She may have it tucked in her pocket.

12/02/2013– To say that Vickey Strunk is a fine addition to the Coleman Group team would be an understatement. Since joining the Coleman Group last summer, Strunk has proven to be a tenacious, knowledgeable commercial real estate expert who is a vital component to Coleman Group’s services.  When she joined us in summer 2012, she brought with her more than 20 years of experience in leasing, sales, and property management, and all that experience is evidenced by her consistent activity and regular success.

Most recently, Strunk has closed two sale transactions in Richmond and London, Kentucky.  The first is a commercial lot located just off the Dr. Robert R Martin Bypass.  At just over an acre, this lot will be the new home of  a retail enterprise.  Strunk still holds listings for six lots totaling 10.13 acres surrounding this one.  These lots receive exposure to 32,934 vehicles per day and are within one of Richmond’s most active business corridors.  The second transaction Strunk recently closed was a retail/office center in London, Kentucky.  Purchased as an investment, this property houses a diverse mix of tenants from health services to radio.

Her most recent leasing transaction occurred just last week and  involved the leasing of a small private office in Coldstream Research Campus where she represented both the sub-lessee and sub-lessor.
